RE: "Wire Transfer to US Bank Account - Dancers, Chaperones & Family Members":

***PLEASE NOTE*** SOURCEDANCE is not responsible for any banking fees incurred relative to this method of payment. The "FULL AMOUNT" of the Deposit and/or Fee Balance must be received in US$ into SOURCEDANCE's bank account. Should there be any shortage's due to bank fees charged by any banking institution or as a result of international exchange rate differences, then SOURCEDANCE will notify you of the shortage that is due and needs to be remitted to SOURCEDANCE. Please insure that you have your personal financial institution wire the funds in US$.

a. You may select the payment method of payment by "Wire Transfer to US Bank", after entering the secure order/payment system.

b. For clarification purposes, please be advised that the actual process of sending your payment (after completing your Order/Payment process) is totally independent of the SOURCEDANCE Order/Payment system. This is a process that you will initiate by yourself and is directly between you and your personal financial institution.

This payment option will require that you complete the following steps:

1.Complete & submit the registration details of all of the dancers & chaperones you wish to register.

2. Review your shopping cart details.

3. Click on "Secure Order"

4. Log-in to the" SOURCEDANCE On-line Registration order/payment" system.
If you do not wish to register (i.e. establish your own personal account) on the "Order/Payment" system please read the How does the registration process work? for further details.

5. Provide the necessary information and select the payment method of "Wire Transfer to US Bank".

6. Confirm the order.

7. After you have confirmed the registration/payment/order you will receive a confirmation screen reflecting your order confirmation number. In addition, you will receive an email from the order payment system, indicating that your order was received (which will also reference your order number)

8. After our registration staff have received your order indicating "Wire Transfer to US Bank", since the Hollywod Tour prices are in ($US), SOURCEDANCE will email you a notice containing a secure link address via which you can obtain the necessary banking details in order to effectuate the transfer of funds for the Hollywood Tour deposit and/or fees balance.

After your financial institution has remitted the funds for your payment please email SOURCEDANCE at info01@sourcedance.com indicating your name, order number, date & time of payment submission and amount remitted.
It is the responsibility of the person registering to ensure that payment has been received by SOURCEDANCE. Your registration will be placed "ON HOLD" & your registration confirmation will not be emailed to you, until your payment has been received.

9. After receiving and reconciling your payment, SOURCEDANCE will then forward you a confirmation, by email, of the payment having been received.
