All registrants, by submitting registrations and payment instructions, hereby acknowledge, accept and agree that SOURCEDANCE will utilize the published international exchange rate in effect on the day the confirmed registration/order containing payment instructions is received on line, UNLESS the receipt of such is after the final due date, specified for the package being registered for. In the event the registration is received after the final due date, the fee structures specify a late fee to be assessed. Registrants hereby further acknowledge and agree that, at the sole discretion of SOURCEDANCE, should SOURCEDANCE decide to waive the late fee, then SOURCEDANCE has the option of utilitzing the exchange rate in effect on the day of the "Final Due Date", for the package being registered for.[General Information]:
