RE: "Direct Payment via my Internet Online Banking - Dancers, Chaperones & Family Members ":
Payment by "Direct Payment" to SOURCEDANCE's Australia Bank account. (if registering from Australia).
If registering from New Zealand and you have the ability to remit funds to our Australia Bank account in the exact dollars required, then New Zealand registrants may use this option also.

a. You may select the payment method of payment by "Direct Payment via my Internet Online Banking", after entering the secure order/payment system.

b. For clarification purposes, please be advised that the actual process of sending your payment (after completing your Order/Payment process) is totally independent of the SOURCEDANCE Order/Payment system. This is a process that you will initiate by yourself and is directly between you and your own personal "Internet Online Banking" facility with your personal financial institution.

This payment option will require that you complete the following steps:

1.Complete & submit the registration details of all of the dancers, chaperones & family members you wish to register.

2. Review your shopping cart details.

3. Click on "Secure Order"

4. Log-in to the" SOURCEDANCE On-line Registration order/payment" system.
If you do not wish to register (i.e. establish your own personal account) on the "Order/Payment" system please read the How does the registration process work? for further details.

5. Provide the necessary information and select the payment method of "Direct Deposit via Internet Banking (AUS)"

6. Confirm the order.

7. After you have confirmed the registration/payment/order you will receive a confirmation screen reflecting your order number. In addition, you will receive an email from the order payment system, indicating that your order was received (which will also reference your order number)

8. After our registration staff have received your order, since the Hollywod Tour prices are in ($US), SOURCEDANCE will convert the ($US) based fee into Australian Dollars and email you a notice regarding the Australian Dollar amount to be transferred to SOURCEDANCE's Australia bank account. This converted amount will be based on the international exchange rate in effect at the time your order was received.

When making your payment you will need the following details (These details will be made available to you via a secure link which will be included in the abore referenced email which informs you of the converted amount):

ORDER Number: You will need to include your "Order Number" in the "Reference" field when submitting your On-line payment. When submitting your online registration/order/payment instructions, either print the Order Confirmation page for your reference or write down your order confirmation number for reference when making your direct payment to SOURCEDANCE electronically. You will also be able to obtain the order number from the Order Confirmation email that you will receive.

After submitting your payment please email SOURCEDANCE at info01@sourcedance.com indicating your name, order number, date & time of payment submission and amount transferred. This is necessary in the event there are any questions while reconciling payments received.

9. After receiving and reconciling your payment, SOURCEDANCE will then forward you a confirmation, by email, of the payment having been received.

** Payment and all necessary registration details must be received before processing of the registration order will begin.
