On-Line Registration & Payment Options
RE: "Direct Payment via my Internet Online Banking (AUS Only)":
Payment by "Direct Payment" (if registering for Australia events and you are from Australia)
a. For clarification purposes, please be advised that the actual process of sending your payment (after completing your Order/Payment Instructions process) is totally independent of the SOURCEDANCE Order/Payment system. This process is a process that you will initiate by yourself and is directly between you and your own personal "Internet Online Banking" facility with your personal financial institution.
This payment option will require that you complete the following steps:
1.Complete & submit the registration details of all of the participants you wish to register (for more detailed information regarding "How the registration process works" please click here & read).
2. Review your shopping cart detail
3. Click on "Secure Order"
4. Log-in to the" SOURCEDANCE On-line Registration" system.
If you do not wish to register (i.e. establish your own personal account) on the "Order/Payment" system you must read and understand the How does the registration process work? for further details, otherwise your registration will not be received by the registration system.
5. Provide the necessary information and select the payment method of "Direct Deposit via Internet Banking (AUS Only)"
* Please Note the following:
a. Payment must be submitted by Internet Banking "ONLY" otherwise we can not guarantee that we will be able to properly identify your payment and may be unable to reconcile your payment if you were to make a direct deposit at your bank branch.
b. It is the responsibility of the person registering to ensure that payment has been received by SOURCEDANCE
c. Your registration will be placed "ON HOLD" & your registration receipt of payment confirmation will not be emailed to you, until your payment has been received. You must make your payment via "Internet Banking" within 24 hours.
6. Confirm the order.
7. After you have confirmed the registration/payment/order you will receive a confirmation screen reflecting your order number. In addition, you will receive an email indicating that your order was received (which will also reference your order number). After your registration order, indicating "Direct Deposit via Internet Banking" has been received by SOURCEDANCE's registration personnel, we will send you an email containing the necessary banking details.
After submitting your payment please email SOURCEDANCE indicating your name, order number, date & time of payment submission and amount transferred. This is necessary in the event there are any questions while reconciling payments received.
8. After receiving and reconciling your payment, SOURCEDANCE will then forward you a confirmation, by email, of the payment having been received.
** Payment and all necessary registration details must be received before processing of the registration order will begin.
