NOTICE TO REGISTRANTS FROM AUSTRALIA PAYING BY CREDIT CARD RE: HOLLYWOOD TOUR REGISTRATION FEES: SOURCEDANCE has made arrangements with our Local Registrar - Munro Accountants to process your credit card payment in Australian Dollars. Therefore, to avoid any confusion upon your receiving your card statement please be advised that your statement will reflect Munro Accountants instead of SOURCEDANCE. Registrants from Australia, paying by credit card, acknowledge that they have read, fully understand and accept the following SOURCEDANCE policy relating to registration payments submitted by credit card, for the Hollywood Tour fees, for which the fees are published in U.S. Dollars ($US) and converted to Australian Dollars in an amount equivalent to the Hollywood Tour US$ Fee, based on current international exchange rates. Registrants from Australia further acknowledge that the arrangement SOURCEDANCE has made with the local registrar, was made in the interest of making it easier for the registrants to complete the registration process and payment without having to pay additional international wiring fees plus fees that may be assessed by SOURCEDANCE's banking institution, for incoming wire transfers, as SOURCEDANCE must receive the full amount of the US$ fee for the Hollywood Tour event being registered for. Policy: 1. Since the credit card payment will be processed in Australia, SOURCEDANCE will utilize the published international exchange rate in effect on the day the registration is received on line: a. Unless approval of the credit card charge is declined by the authorization center. b. If the charge is declined by the authorization center, the registrant will be notified by email of the payment having been declined and the order status (however NO Card specific information will be included in the email as SOURCEDANCE has a strict policy against transmission of such information by email). c. In the event the registrant corrects the problem, which caused for the credit card charge to be declined, and thereafter instructs SOURCEDANCE, either by phone or in writing, to attempt to process the charge again, then the published international exchange rate in effect at the time of the attempt to re-process the card charge will be utilized, unless the published international exchange rate, in effect at the time of re-processing, would result in a loss in exchange to SOURCEDANCE. e. If a loss in exchange would be incurred by SOURCEDANCE, then the published international exchange rate originally used when the card charge was originally declined will be used. f. In the event that a credit card charge is declined and the result of such declined charge causes for the need for SOURCEDANCE technical staff to create special pages in order for the registrant to complete their registration (as the system updates relative to various registration cutoff dates etc) SOURCEDANCE reserves the right to assess an administrative fee for the creation of said pages. In the event SOURCEDANCE determines that an administrative fee needs to be assessed, SOURCEDANCE will first notify the registrant of said assessment and the pending regisitration will be placed ON HOLD as INCOMPLETE/UNPAID. The creation of said special pages will not begin until such time the registrant confirms that they agree to pay the administrative fee for the special pages needing to be created. g. ***NOTICE TO REGISTRANTS whose card payment instructions are declined*** As indicated above, the card payment instructions/charge will be processed by the Local Registrar, in Australia, therefore, Please DO NOT write back to SOURCEDANCE indicating that the card charge was declined because it was a "Foreign Transaction". Should this be used as a reason for the card charge being declined, SOURCEDANCE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to CANCEL the entire registration process of the intended registrant. 2. SOURCEDANCE and/or it's Local Registrar-Munro Accountants can not control the registrant's financial institution policies and/or procedures and/or any charges the financial institution may assess, and is thereby not responsible for these charges. 3. SOURCEDANCE has a 'NO REFUNDS' policy which is specified in the 'Registration & Payment Options' which you have acknowledged and agreed to upon entering the on-line registration system. ** SOURCEDANCE reserves the right to: (A.) request additional identification information and/or (B.) not process the credit card information or the order, in the event there is any question or concern, whatsoever, regarding the validity of the information submitted on-line or the credit card information. (4) If you are paying by credit card on-line, you will receive an order confirmation message, relative to the receipt of your registration information and payment instructions, by email, however this only confirms the receipt of your order and payment instructions, as the online registration/order/payment system is a "Post Process" system and NOT realtime payment processing.
