Information re: Payment by Credit Card

Payment Options you may select:

Payment by Credit Card * On-Line:

** Notice to Registrants from Australia paying by Credit Card

** Notice to Registrants from New Zealand paying by Credit Card

If you intend to make payment by credit card you will need to indicate the following information:

(1) Complete & submit your registration details,
(2) Review the contents of your shopping cart
(3) Click on "Secure Order"
(4) Login to the "Secure Payment" system and then.
a. Select whether you are paying with Visa, Mastercard or American Express,
b. Enter your credit card number
c. Enter your credit card expiration date and
d. Enter your CVV2 code
d. Enter the name of the Cardholder as reflected on the card
e. Click on Send Order Now
f. Review your payment instructions one last time for accuracy and then click on "Confirm Order".
g. Be patient while the registration/order system processes you order. One thesystem completes the process you will be presented with an Order Confirmation screen.
h. Print a copy of the Registration Order confirmation page, for your reference. The order confirmation page (which will reflect your Order#) will appear on your screen, after "Confirming" your Order/Payment.

After confirming your order and receiving the Order Confirmation screen, the system will send you an order confirmation email which will provide the detail of the multiple dancers/chaperones for which you have registered and submitted payment instructions. PLEASE NOTE..The previous sentence referred specifically to "payment instructions" as the online order system is a "Post Process" system and NOT realtime payment processing.

After our registration staff have received and reviewed your order, since the Hollywod Tour prices are in ($US), SOURCEDANCE will convert the ($US) based fee into Australian Dollars ($AU) and submit your payment instructions to the Local Registrar in Australia for processing in the amount of the converted $AU. After receiving confirmation from the Local Registrar that the payment instructions were processed sucessfully SOURCEDANCE will email you a confirmation notice regarding your payment reflecting the Australian Dollar amount charged to your credit card. This converted amount will be based on the international exchange rate in effect at the time your order was received (provided that all required information has been completed).

** All necessary payment and registration details must be received before processing of the registration order will begin.

** SOURCEDANCE reserves the right to:
(1) request additional identification information and/or
(2) not process the credit card information or the order, in the event there is any question or concern, whatsoever, regarding the validity of the information submitted on-line or the card information provided.
