Payment by Credit Card * On-Line:
If you intend to make payment by credit card on-line you will need to indicate the following information:
(1) Complete & submit your registration details,
(2) Review the contents of your shopping cart
(3) Click on "Secure Order"
(4) Login to the "Secure Payment" system and then.
a. Select whether you are paying with Visa, Mastercard or American Express,
b. Enter your credit card number
c. Enter your credit card expiration date and CVV code
d. Enter the name of the Cardholder as reflected on the card
e. Click on Confirm Order
f. After confirming the order, the system will send an order confirmation email which will provide the detail of the multiple dancers/observers for which you have registered and made payment. Please be assured that the email will not show any personal contact informaiton other than your email address and the method of payment. It WILL NOT reflect any credit card informaiotn.
g. Print a copy of the Registration Order confirmation page, for your reference. (The order confirmation page (which will reflect your Order#) will appear on your screen after "Confirming" your Order/Payment.It is acknowledged and accepted that not all persons, wanting to register, feel comfortable submitting their credit card information over the internet, therefor you have other options, if you wish to pay by credit card. If you do not wish to provide your credit card details on-line, you will have the ability to select the following option.
Submission of credit card information by fax or mail to the Local Registrar:
1. Follow the prompts and submit the Dancer registration details.
2. Review the contents on your Shopping Cart for accuracy.
3 . Click on "Send Secure".
4. Log into the Secure Order System
5. Complete the Order/Payment process and select the "Fax or Mail Card Details" payment option.
6. Confirm your Order and the Order/Payment system will present you with your Order #.
7. You will receive an Order Confirmation email message from the Order/Payment system.
8. After your order has been received by our registration personnel, you will receive an additional email which will include instructions on faxing or posting your Payment Authorization to the Local Registrar. The email will also have the required Credit Card Payment Authorization form attached (in pdf format) for you to complete and submit with a copy of your Order Confirmation email, to the Local Registrar.

** All necessary payment and registration details must be received before processing of the registration order will begin.** SOURCEDANCE reserves the right to:
(1) request additional identification information and/or
(2) not process the credit card information or the order, in the event there is any question or concern, whatsoever, regarding the validity of the information submitted on-line or the card information provided by mail or by fax.If you do not wish to register on-line you may request the registration system to email the registration form to you (in .pdf format which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader (or) Microsoft Word format) by clicking HERE .
