General Information re: CHAPERONES

Registered Chaperone's are required to accompany any dancer who is 17 years of age or younger.

PLEASE NOTE...... You Need to register the chaperone at the same time you are registering a dancer, who is age 17 & under. The system is not designed to allow for registrations of only chaperones, so please coordinate your registrations.

Registered Chaperone's are a requirement for any dancer who is age 17 & under.

Chaperone's must be age 18 or older.

Chaperone's and Dancer's MUST have a current and valid passport. SOURCEDANCE "IS NOT"responsible for your travel arrangements and/or requirements. Please contact your airlines or travel agency to confirm the exact requirements relative to the "definition of what constitutes a current and valid passport".
