On-Line Registration & Payment Options
(The following information is only valid through the Sept. 2008
Conventions/Competitions/Workshops and may be updated as needed.)

 

General Information re: OBSERVERS

OBSERVERS may: (Not all options below are available to all locations. The options that are available will be presented to you after confirming your acknowledgement of the terms & policies)
(Option 1): Register on-line and pay by credit card on-line while also registering and paying for a dancer on line. (All Locations)
(Option 2): Register on-line and pay by "Direct Deposit via your Internet On-Line Banking" while also registering and paying for a dancer on line. (Australia Only)

Observers wishing to register & pay, must register at the same time the dancer is being registered as the registration system requires the first registration submitted, to be the registration of a dancer. Thereafter, the option to register an Observer will be presented online during the "same" online registration session.

Downloadable Observer registration forms "WILL NOT" be provided for download, as SOURCEDANCE wishes to emphasize the need of registration or pre-registration online. Observers must wear the SOURCEDANCE wrist band, issued at the door, to be admitted to the class areas.
Additional Observer conditions are as follows:
(1) Allowed with paid student dancers only.
(2) Observers are limited to Mother, Father, Grandmother, Grandfather, Sister, Brother, Aunt, Uncle or Legal Guardian (if applicable).
(3) Absolutely no participation in the dance classes.
(4) Please remain quietly seated and if the need arises, keep movement activity and noise level to a minimum, out of respect for and courtesy to the dancers and instructors. In the event of crying babies, they should be attended to outside of the instructional areas.
(5) No laptop computers, notebooks or taking of notes is/are allowed.
(6) No Video Cameras allowed.
(7) No taking of still photographs during class time.
