How the On-Line Registration Process Works
(Re: Hollywood Tour)

Notice to all Registrants!
(1.) ALL FEES for the Hollywood Tour are in U.S. Dollars
(2) You must complete the entire registration process!
including the Order/Payment process
(3) Failure to complete the Order/Payment process
will result in the dancer/chaperone/family member details
NOT being submitted to the SOURCEDANCE Registration System!

Notice to All potential registrants, planning to register for the upcoming Hollywood Tour:
a. The person submitting the registration details must be 18 years of age or older (and)
b. The person submitting the registration details must be the person responsible for the payment of the registration fees.

Following are the various steps to the On-Line Registration Process:

1. Read the information provided regarding the Registration Process, Payment Options and the terms and conditions indictated herein.and then....

a. Close the Registration & Payment Options window. Then Click on "OnLine Registration - Enter Here".

b. Confirm that you have read, acknowledge and agree to the terms & policies set forth herein by entering your email address in the text field provided and then click on Enter. In addition, please be advised that your email address will be added to the SOURCEDANCE "News & Updates" mailing list. When you receive a "News & Updates" email, you will be provided with the link which you can go to, to "unsubscribe" should you wish to not receive further "News & Updates" messages. PLEASE NOTE that SOURCEDANCE communicates primarily by email, therefore should you unsubscribe, you may miss out on Important News Updates relative to upcoming events.

SOURCEDANCE fully recognizes the concern of people utilizing the internet & the privacy of their email address. Your email address referenced in item (b) above, will be added to our "News & Updates" mailing list, strictly for the purpose of notifying you of news & updates re: the upcoming hollywood tour, convention/competition locations & news, upcoming workshops, schedule information, frequently asked questions, etc.. SOURCEDANCE does not under any circumstances sell or disclose, to any third party, any of the email addresses maintained on this mailing list.

c . The initial information requested (for new registrations) will be for purposes of submitting the information of the "adult" who is registering the dancer(s) and/or chaperone(s) and/or family member(s). This person is also to be the person who is responsible for the payment of the fees. (Complete the informaiton requested for and then Submit). For registrants who have previously completed the initial registration information and made their deposit (or) in instances where the registration is specific to a private group packaged Hollywood Tour, SOURCEDANCE may create special registration pages for said registrants and these pages may or may not require the completion of the initial registration page. This determination will be at the sole discretion of SOURCEDANCE.

d. Select the SOURCEDANCE event (in this case relative to this page of information you will select the Hollywood Tour link) for which you wish to register either a dancer, chaperone or family member (if you are planning on registering as a chaperone or family member , click here to review the General Information re: Chaperones & Family members).

e. Select the type of registration you wish to submit:
(A) Dancers Only - Must be 18 years of age or older or
(B) Dancer(s) 17 yrs of age & under, plus Chaperone(s) & Family Member(s). - - Selection B is intended for those dancers who are age 17 and under, as they must be accompanied by a Chaperone and for the registration of the accompanying Chaperone(s) and any accompanying Family Member(s).
After selecting the option of your choice, you will then need to provide the required details for the dancer(s) and then the required details for the chaperone(s) and any family members. The system is designed to allow you to register multiple dancers and chaperones/family members. (Just follow the prompts and respond accordingly). HOWEVER... PLEASE NOTE...... You Need to register the chaperone(s)/family members(s) at the same time you are registering a dancer, who is age 17 & under. The system IS NOT designed to allow for registrations of only chaperone(s) / family member(s).

f. Just follow the prompts and select your responses accordingly. The system will guide you through the process until such time that it has directed you to your shopping cart. When it does direct you to your shopping cart please review the contents before proceeding.

g. Upon reviewing the contents of your shopping cart make sure that all information reflected is correct, before proceeding.
1. Then click on "Secure Order".
2. Upon clicking on "Secure Order" you will be directed to the login screen for SOURCEDANCE's Secure On-line Registration order/payment system.

h-1 . If you have previously "registered" on the Order/Payment system, enter your email address and the password you previously used when you had "previously registered" on the Order/Payment system and continue with the Order/Payment process.

h-2 . If you are a new user, you will have two options. You can elect to click on the "new user login" and complete the requested information (this must be the person responsible for making the payment) or you can elect to click on "I don't wish to register" (as a new user). Those who elect not to register as a new user (this must be the person responsible for making the payment) will not have an account created and therefor will not be able to log back into the registration system to check the status of their registration order, however you will still need to complete the payment process in its entrrety or the registration system will not receive the registration details you have entered.

i. Select the intended payment method.
* Provide the payment details information
* Click on Send Order Now
* Review your payment information for accuracy, and then
* Confirm the Order
* After you have confirmed the registration/intended payment method/order you will receive a confirmation screen reflecting your order number plus an email indicating that your order was received (which will also reference your order number and the details of the dancer(s) and/or chaperone(s)/family member(s) you have registered)

Payment Options Applicable to the Hollywood Tour:
* Credit Card On-Line - Dancers plus Chaperones & Family Members
* Direct Payment via my Internet Online Banking - Dancers plus Chaperones/Family Members (Australia Only)
* Wire transfer to U.S. Bank Account

j. After receiving the regbistration/order/ intended payment information, SOURCEDANCE will forward you a confirmation, by email, AFTER the registration information received has been verified and the payment has been approved, processed and received.

Please note that having registered, on the secure payment system, and having submitted your registration order on line, you can always access the On-Line order system and log in & check the status of the processing of your registration/order. This feature is not available to those who elected the "I don't wish to register" option.

If any of the registration steps are not completed, submitted registrations will be incomplete as dancer/chaperone/family member details will not be received by the SOURCEDANCE registration system. If an incomplete registration/order/payment process is not completed within a reasonable time period the registration information will be placed in the incomplete/ On Hold files and will be considered cancelled.
