On-Line Registration & Payment OptionsHow the On-Line Registration Process Works
Notice to all Registrants!
(1) You must complete the entire registration process!
including the Order/Payment process
(2) Failure to complete the Order/Payment process
will result in the dancer/competitor/observer details
NOT being submitted to the SOURCEDANCE Registration System!
(3) If you have completed the entire registration process
you will know as the system will present you with an
ORDER CONFIRMATION number for your reference!
Notice to All visitors to this page, planning to register On-Line:
a. The person submitting the registration details must be 18 years of age or older (and)
b. The person submitting the registration details must be the person responsible for the payment of the registration fees.
Following are the various steps to the On-Line Registration Process:
1. Read the information provided regarding the Registration Process, Payment Options and the terms and conditions indictated herein.and then....a. Close the Registration & Payment Options window and then Click on "OnLine Registration - ENTER Here".
b. Confirm that you have read, acknowledge and agree to the terms & policies set forth herein by entering your email address in the text field provided and then click on Enter. In addition, please be advised that your email address will be added to the SOURCEDANCE "News & Updates" mailing list. When you receive a "News & Updates" email, you will be provided with the link which you can go to, to "unsubscribe" should you wish to not receive further "News & Updates" messages.
SOURCEDANCE fully recognizes the concern of people utilizing the internet & the privacy of their email address. Your email address referenced in item (b) above, will be added to our "News & Updates" mailing list, strictly for the purpose of notifying you of news & updates re: the upcoming hollywood tour, convention/competition locations & news, upcoming workshops, schedule information, frequently asked questions, etc.. SOURCEDANCE does not under any circumstances sell or disclose, to any third party, any of the email addresses maintained on this mailing list.
c. The system will initially route you to the Event Selection page.
d. After selectiing the event for which you wish to register, you will be directed to the Online Registration Details page wherein you need to input the details of the person submitting the registration whom is also the person responsible for payment of the registration fees and then "SUBMIT"
e. From this point the registration system will route you through the registration process accordingly, based on the selections you make. Just follow the prompts.
As indicated, the system will guide you through the process until such time that it has directed you to your shopping cart. When it does direct you to your shopping cart please review the contents before proceeding.
f. Upon reviewing the contents of your shopping cart make sure that all information reflected is correct.
1. Then click on "Send Registration Order (Secure)".
2. You will be directed to the login screen for SOURCEDANCE's secure On-line order/payment system.g . If you are a new user, you will have two options. You can elect to click on the "new user login" and complete the requested information (this must be the person responsible for making the payment) or you can elect to click on "I don't wish to register". Those who elect not to register (this must be the person responsible for making the payment) will not have an account created and therefor will not be able to log back into the registration system to check the status of their order, however you will still need to complete the payment process. Otherwise, if you have previously "registered" on the Order/Payment system, enter your email address (address that you used when you first registered) and password and continue with the Order/Payment process.
h. Select the payment method. Provide the payment details information . The order confirmation email, you receive after confirming the order, will provide the detail of the multiple dancers etc. for which you have registered and made payment.
Follwing are the various payment options:
* Credit Card On-Line
* Direct Payment via my Internet Online Banking - (Australia Only)
* Full & Half Scholarships or other SOURCEDANCE Awards + pay balance On-line
* Cheque or Money Order - Dancers Only
i. Confirm the order.j. After you have confirmed the registration/payment/order you will receive a confirmation screen reflecting your order number and an email indicating that your order was received (which will also reference your order number and a listing of the dancers and/or observers you have registered).
After receiving the payment information, via one of the payment options, SOURCEDANCE will forward you a confirmation, by email, once the payment has been approved and processed, plus a registration confirmation number.
Please note that having registered, on the secure payment system, and submitted your registration order on line, you can always access the On-Line order system and log in & check the status of the processing of your registration/order.
(Please be advised that SOURCEDANCE will NEVER send credit card details by email and SOURCEDANCE will NEVER request that you send credit card details by email due to email not being secure.)
